According to a report from ESPN, former Washington Redskins secondary coach and Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Raheem Morris has agreed to become the Falcons assistant head coach in charge of defensive backs, and former Denver Broncos linebackers coach Richard Smith will join the team as defensive coordinator.
