FC Beast? Now Odell Beckham Jr Color Rush Jersey , it’s a pussy cat.Washington leads the division at 2-2, followed by Dallas and Philadelphia at 2-3, New York at 1-4. The Giants host the Eagles — the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles, who have looked anything but title worthy so far — on Thursday night.Eagles coach Doug Pederson has cited “self-inflicted wounds” as a major reason for injury-riddled Philly’s struggles. His offensive coordinator, Mike Groh, concurs.“We obviously don’t condone those kinds of mistakes,” Groh says. “The guys that are responsible for that, we’ve talked to those guys. Those things can’t happen. I mean, they just can’t happen. That’s simple football. We’ve got to get out of the huddle, we’ve got to get lined up, and we’ve got to know where we’re supposed to be and what our assignment is. We’ve got to do a better job collectively of teaching that, and then when we get out there, everybody has to know what to do and where to line up. Those things have to be eliminated.”The Giants eliminated a lot of those things at Carolina last Sunday and made an impressive comeback, only to fall on Graham Gano’s 63-yard field goal with 1 second remaining.“These guys love to play the game, it’s their livelihood, but they certainly play it with great emotion and great passion and they just keep playing,” coach Pat Shurmur says.“As we get better — I think we played better last week — we need to find 63 more yards somewhere to get the win. But we played better and we’ve got to continue on that path. Then eventually it will crack.”Philadelphia, ranked 15th in the AP Pro32, is a 3-point favorite over the No. 28 Giants. The short week probably is more damaging to the Eagles.GIANTS, 22-20KNOCKOUT POOL: Thanks, New England. The terms of the trade were noted above — picks 37, 132, and 142 for 30. By Chase Stuart’s Approximate Value trade chart — a more modern and realistic value compared to the outdated Jimmy Johnson predecessor — the Giants gave up 18.1 AV in exchange for 12.9 AV — 140.3 percent of the 30th pick’s value.Because the Giants came into the draft with 12 picks, losing a fourth- and fifth-round pick doesn’t deplete the available draft capital, but it will factor into what the Giants do throughout Day 2.In Dave Gettleman’s pre-draft press conference, he did not appear thrilled with the idea of waiting 58 picks between 37 and 95 to make a pick. Now even though Gettleman has three first-round picks on the roster, it still would be surprising if he was content with waiting until the end of the third round to make his next selection. The Giants still have a third-round pick (95), a fourth-round pick (108), two fifth-round picks (143 and 171), a sixth-round pick (180), and two seventh-round picks (232 and 245). Gettleman could use those fourth- and fifth-round picks to possibly move back up into the third-round. By the AV chart, picks 108 and 171 are equal to the 80th overall pick. But remember Aldrick Rosas Color Rush Jersey , teams typically pay a premium to move up, so it’s unlikely the Giants would be able to get equal value of the 80th pick in that trade. At the most, the 95th and 108th picks are equivalent to the 45th overall pick so the Giants could potentially get into the middle of Round 2 without using 2020 draft picks — something they should be hesitant to do, especially since any trade up will no longer be for a quarterback. Here are the Giants’ remaining picks and the draft value chart if you want to try some trades out for yourself.Giants remaining pick valuePickAVPickAVsource: Football PerspectiveUpdated Big BoardChris and I released a two-axis Big Board earlier in the week and we’ll be keeping track of it throughout the draft.
